For organisations

When someone tells you they're experiencing domestic violence, what happens next?

Most people want to help and freeze. Wild Conversations gives your people the words, the framework and the confidence to respond well. With every booking, 10% goes back into keeping Find My Wild free for survivors.

The framework

WILD

A four-step response framework — four things to remember when someone tells you their hardest thing. One framework. Four steps.

W

Welcome

Welcome what they share. Don't question, minimise or compare. Say: “Thank you for telling me. I'm listening.”

I

I believe you

Be open. Be receiving. Let them know this is a safe conversation. Say: “Thank you for sharing. I believe you.”

L

Listen

Listen, don't lead. You don't need to investigate, advise or solve it — listen to understand, not to take over.

D

Direct gently

You don't need all the answers. Ask: “Would you be open to me giving you some resources?” Then let them decide.

Sessions

Workplace sessions

Practical, in-person or online sessions for teams, managers and HR.

Community sessions

For clubs, schools, faith groups and community organisations.

Keynote speaking

Lived experience and clear direction for conferences and events.

Workshops

Deeper, hands-on sessions for people who respond to disclosures often.
