THE HUMANS BEHIND THE MOVEMENT
Our Advocates
They have lived it too
Find My Wild was built by Lauren Jane — and it is held up by a team of humans who each bring their own lived experience, expertise, and heart to this mission.
Every advocate on this page shows up because they believe in what this movement is doing. Not as a job. As a calling.

Board of Directors
Katie
Lauren and Katie came together because every movement needs someone who holds it steady. Katie is that person. Systems. Legals. Governance. All the things that keep Find My Wild running properly behind the scenes. She brings clarity, calm, and structure — ensuring this organisation is sustainable, ethical, and built to last.
Nicky
Lauren and Nicky's friendship wove itself into the fabric of Find My Wild in the most beautiful way. Nicky is the artist behind the cover of Finding My Wild — and a board member of the organisation. Thirty percent of all sales from her art goes directly back into supporting the mission. Her work carries the story of survival in every brushstroke.

The Advocate
Trent
We met on TikTok, of all places.
Trent began sharing his journey openly and that courage led him here. He now helps lead Find My Wild with lived experience, grounding, and truth. He understands this journey from the inside out — not as theory, but as reality.
Jo
Lauren and Jo connected through the movement — two survivors who found each other in the middle of their own storms. Jo is still navigating heavy legal and systemic proceedings herself — and she shows up anyway. She is fierce about justice, she understands systems, and she sees exactly where they fail. Her presence here matters.
Jorge
Lauren and Jorge came together through a shared belief that healing has to reach everyone — including those who caused the harm. Jorge works at a watch house and sees the other side of abuse every day. He supports people to reconnect with themselves, align with their spirit, and take responsibility for the pain they cause. His work bridges both worlds — and it matters more than most people realise.

Gabrielle
Lauren and Gabrielle came together through a deep alignment on what trauma-informed care actually looks like in practice. Gabrielle supports the Find My Wild mental health stream with clinical insight, workshops, and education — particularly around women and children, while supporting any human who needs it. Her work anchors this space in safety, knowledge, and compassion.
