Abuse doesn't always leave bruises. Sometimes it leaves silence.  *  You are brave. You are strong and You are so loved in my space.

FOR BUSINESSES & BRANDS

This is not just a sponsorship.

This is a movement.

Domestic and family violence impacts every workplace, every community, every industry.

When your business stands with Find My Wild, you are stepping into something real — fuelled by lived experience, healing, and tangible change your people will actually feel.

We are not looking for charity. We are looking for partners who believe in what we are building — and want to be part of building it.

"By standing with Find My Wild, you're not just sponsoring a cause — you're backing real people, real stories, and real change."

LAUREN JANE - FOUNDER. FIND MY WILD

A supportive workplace can be the difference between isolation and safety.

Almost 1 in 5 women who experience DV say it impacts their work, job security or career progression. These practical actions help create trust, visibility, and a culture of care.

Display Hotline Posters

Place visible resources in discreet, private areas like bathrooms. These posters let someone know that help is available — even if they're not ready to speak yet.

Include DV-Specific HR Policies

Integrate DFV into your HR policy — including clear support pathways, paid leave, confidentiality, and non-discrimination.

Provide Private Spaces for Disclosure

Make sure employees have access to a safe, confidential room where they can have conversations without judgement or visibility.

Share Our Resources Internally

Bring visibility to Find My Wild's tools, and programs through your internal channels. Refer staff to our Starter Pack or program.

Train a DV Safety Contact

Nominate at least one staff member as a trusted DV contact. Equip them with active listening, non-judgement, and how to connect someone with support.

Paid Domestic / Family Violence Leave

10 days paid family & domestic violence leave is now mandatory

Offer Flexible Work Arrangements

Safety planning may require medical appointments, relocation, or court dates. Be open to adjusted hours, remote work, or time off.
