The journey

Find My Wild.

12 stages across 18 months. Your pace. Your journey.

Find My Wild is an 18-month, 12-stage journey designed to support humans from preparing to leave domestic violence and abuse, through the practical realities of rebuilding, to the beginning of healing.

Three phases. Twelve stages. One step at a time, in your own time.

Our story

Find My Wild exists because leaving isn't the end.

After leaving a 14-year abusive relationship with her three children, Lauren Jane found a gap: plenty of focus on leaving, almost nothing on what comes next. Find My Wild was built to walk alongside humans through the entire journey — from leaving through to rebuilding, healing and finding themselves again.

Wild Conversations

When someone tells you they're experiencing domestic violence, what happens next?

Wild Conversations takes what we've learned into workplaces, communities and organisations — so the response people receive is the right one.
